Abdominal Massage 30 Minutes
Chi Nei Tsang - A Toaist form of massage
Service Description
Chi Nei Tsang is a Toaist form of massage and is used to release emotional/energetic buildup from the abdomen. This work can aid in releasing muscular tension contributing to back pain, hip pain, and abdominal pain especially after surgeries that have left you with scar tissue. If you’d like to know if abdominal massage is for you, know it is for everybody. If you’re still unsure, reach out to me and let’s talk about it. I believe this work is very important for overall well-being. This can be added to any massage session as well. Here’s a more detailed breakdown of the connections between organ and emotion: Liver: Anger and frustration are held in the liver. Blocked or stagnant liver energy can manifest as physical symptoms like headaches, menstrual problems, and digestive issues. I see this restriction lead into issues with hip alignment and mobility as well with some people. Lungs and Heart: Sadness and grief are connected to both the lungs and the heart. The lungs are considered the "root" of the emotions, while the heart is the seat of joy and happiness. Lungs can become congested with grief, leading to respiratory problems, while the heart may be affected by prolonged sadness. Kidneys: Fear and anxiety are linked to the kidneys, which are responsible for willpower, determination, and managing the body's internal water balance. When the kidneys are weakened by fear, it can manifest as physical symptoms like low energy, back pain, and reproductive issues. Heart: Happiness and joy are associated with the heart. A healthy heart allows for a balanced flow of positive emotions, while emotional imbalances can affect the heart's energy and function. Spleen: Thoughtfulness and worry are associated with the spleen. The spleen is responsible for digesting food and processing thoughts. Worry and overthinking can affect the spleen's energy and lead to digestive issues. Gallbladder: Surprise and decision-making are linked to the gallbladder. The gallbladder helps with the body's ability to make decisions and process information. Emotional imbalances can affect the gallbladder's function and lead to digestive issues and difficulty making decisions. Chi Nei Tsang therapy aims to restore balance to the body's energy system by working with the internal organs, specifically the abdomen, to release emotional blockages and imbalances. This approach can help alleviate both physical and emotional symptoms.
