Gentle Yoga

This class is for those looking for a gentle experience of yoga, perfect for experienced yogis as well as beginners! This is an opportunity to receive helpful tips for a more integrative practice including breath work, restorative poses, and light muscle activation to strengthen the joints. Come with questions!

Yin Yoga
Thursdays 6PM-7PM with Aimee.
A restorative class to ease your body and mind. Static postures are held using a variety of props to ensure comfort during long holds. Cues are given to increase body awareness and deepen the connection to one's breath. The "sleeping postures" are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to open and release naturally. Patience is key in Yin Yoga.
