Freedom In Motion
Service Description
Movement has the power to change more than our bodies. It changes the way we experience our lives. Freedom in Motion is a functional mobility and active flexibility class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence throughout your full range of motion. Rather than relying on passive stretching alone, we'll explore dynamic movement patterns that help your body become both stronger and more mobile, creating flexibility that supports everyday life. Whether your goal is to improve your yoga practice, reduce stiffness, prevent injury, or simply move with greater ease, this class offers a thoughtful approach to expanding what's possible. I believe freedom isn't measured by how deep your splits are or how impressive a pose looks. It's found in reaching the top shelf without pain, hiking with confidence, playing with your children, getting up from the floor with ease, and trusting your body to carry you through life. Come as you are. Leave with a little more freedom in motion. Yoga Class Terms & Agreement By registering for and attending yoga classes at Anahata Healing Center, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Health & Personal Responsibility Yoga is a physical & spiritual practice that may involve movement, stretching, and breathwork. By participating in class, you confirm that you are in sufficient physical condition to safely participate. You agree to listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class. Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being during class. Late Arrival Policy Anahata is a sanctuary dedicated to honoring your well-being, and we understand the occasional delays. If you arrive late, you are still welcome to join the class. Please enter the space quietly and respectfully so as not to disturb other students. The instructor will have mats laid out for each registered student so you can quietly make your way to your spot. Our late-arrival grace is intended as an occasional accommodation rather than a regular habit. If you expect to arrive more than 10 minutes late, we ask that you please attend another class. Studio Etiquette Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Silence phones before entering the practice space. Remove your shoes before entering the studio. Be mindful and respectful of the shared space and other students.
