Join us for a relaxing session of restorative yoga combined with the healing power of Reiki
Service Description
Experience a transformative evening with our Restorative Yoga and Reiki class. This practice is designed to help you unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is perfect for all levels. Kate will guide you through gentle yoga poses and incorporate the healing power of Reiki to enhance your experience. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with your inner self and find peace in a supportive community. If you’re new to restorative yoga, the postures are fully supported with props so you can relax deeply into them and then held for up to 10 minutes. Postures include gentle twists, forward bends, and reclined poses.
