Service Description
A biweekly yin yoga class with Kellie. This class is a slow, deeply nourishing practice designed to support rest, release, and reconnection. With a maximum of six students, the experience remains intimate and intentional, allowing each person to receive personalized guidance, gentle hands-on assistance (with consent), and thoughtful prop support throughout the class. Postures are held for longer periods of time, inviting the body to soften into the deeper layers of fascia, joints, and connective tissue while calming the nervous system. Breath awareness and mindful stillness create space for emotional and energetic release, making this practice both grounding and subtly transformative.
