Sonya, our lovely Sound Healer & Ayurvedic Practitioner along with Karen, our Shamanic Practitioner & Yoga Instructor will take you though a mini retreat-like event leading meditation practices, movement practices, and more to help you gain a greater understanding of elemental spirit medicine. Each guest will receive a packet filled with self care prompts to continue the healing practices at home.
Light bites and herbal organic teas will be provided.
