What to Expect: We’ll begin by gently arriving into the space with a grounding cleansing ritual and altar preparation. You’re invited to bring a small item of sentimental value for our shared altar — something that holds meaning or love for you — but showing up just as you are is also perfect.

Next, we’ll dive into the story and spirit of cacao — exploring its ancient roots, cultural significance, and heart-opening properties.

After we sip together, we’ll drop into a gentle ceremonial space with song and sound — a guided sound bath experience where you’ll be encouraged to get comfy, cozy, and completely at ease. Bring your favorite blanket or pillow, your go-to mug, and whatever makes you feel most at home — or come with simply your body and breath.
