Class description:

Do you need clarity on some areas of your life? Feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed? Do you want to know what’s blocking you from living your highest path? This workshop will begin with an energy reading of the group by Megan. We will sip hot tea and gather in sisterhood, while we discuss intuitive messages for the group. Following this, Megan will lead the group through somatic yoga to release old energy and reconnect to the body’s innate wisdom. Think: wild, free, & feminine vibes. The workshop will conclude with time for reflection, journaling, & sharing in a safe, uplifting container. We would be honored to hold space for you!
