This is a great gift to send to a loved one. Anahata is an small, intimate space where the student can feel seen and known by the instructor. Class size ranges from 2-6 students per class. All mats, blocks and bolsters are provided but students are more than welcome to bring their own props if they wish. We ask that each student registers for the class at least 30 minutes or more before class start time.
