In this session we work with the chakras to open and restore the Luminous Energy Field by releasing negative energetic imprints to restore health and wellbeing. The function of the chakras is pull in chi (life force energy) to bring in mental, emotional, and physical healing and balance to the body. When we experience trauma or take in a negative belief the chakras will become clogged, slowed, or damaged and illness sets in. Negative behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, and suffering takes place in the body and/or mind when the function of one or more chakras is impaired. The healing technique of the Illumination is to transform heavy energies into light, turning negative emotions/energy into wisdom, healing, and power. We do this with breath work, visualization, and intention. At times, memories or feelings from life events or past choices arise bringing with them clarity and understanding. A chakra cleanse and illumination of the affected chakra offers an opportunity to move forward without the influence of repressed emotion(s).
