This 45-minute yoga class is centered around hip alignment and mobility. The first half of class focuses on standing postures that build awareness and stability in the hips—cultivating strength, balance, and proper alignment through intentional movement and breath. As we transition into the second half, you'll be guided through restorative floor-based poses that gently mobilize the spine—inviting fluidity, length, and a sense of deep release. This mindful combination of effort and ease helps restore physical balance while calming the mind and nervous system. Perfect for all levels, this practice is especially supportive for anyone looking to feel more grounded in the lower body and more spacious through the spine.
