“The Illumination is the core healing practice of shamanic energy medicine in which the luminous energy field is cleared of the imprints of disease to help mobilize the body’s own healing systems.” — Alberto Villoldo (One Spirit Medicine) In this session we work with the chakras to open and restore the Luminous Energy Field by releasing negative energetic imprints to restore health and wellbeing. The beauty of the Illumination is to transform toxic energies into light, turning negative emotions into wisdom, healing, and power. Transformation happens through breath work, visualization, and intention. Keep in mind that with these sessions memories from life events or past choices may arise bringing with them clarity and understanding. You will be given self healing tools to help you along the way when these realizations arise so you can move through them with ease. Your illumination may include other Shamanic healing modalities such as soul retrievals and extractions. More explained in session if such additional modalities are needed. What are Chakras? : The function of the chakras is pull in life force energy (chi) to bring mental, emotional, and physical healing & balance to the body. When we experience trauma, regardless of the severity, our chakras can become clogged, slowed, or damaged which brings illness to the body and/or mind. Negative behaviors, pain, limiting beliefs, suffering, etc. take place when the function of one or more chakras is impaired. This session requires a more extensive intake form to book.
