Service Description

Very open and friendly gym space, this yoga class is on the bottom level at the NKY Martial Arts Academy. The main focus each week is strengthening and opening up the hips with a sprinkle of spinal mobility and breath work! Class is $20 or get the unlimited monthly pass for $50! Yoga is free to members of NKY MAA.
