Service Description

Very open and friendly gym space, this yoga class is on the bottom level at the NKY Martial Arts Academy. The main focus each week is mobility of the shoulders, hips, and spine with deep relaxation to help athletes prevent injury in their sport. Class is $20 or get the unlimited monthly pass for $50! Yoga is free to members of NKY MAA.
