Service Description

Very open and friendly gym space, this yoga class is on the bottom level at the NKY Martial Arts Academy. The main focus each week is strengthening and opening up the hips with a sprinkle of spinal mobility and breath work! Everyone is so kind and welcoming so even if you're new to yoga or feeling kind of shy you'll be just fine. The yoga space is dimly lit and there are no mirrors so you won't have to worry about feeling like anyone is "watching" you. I have mats, bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks all free to use. Class is $20 or get the unlimited monthly pass for $50! If you have a gym membership at NKY then yoga is free!
